MH Services Corporation was founded in 1994 by Rodney Poplin with one focus: help families finance manufactured homes. Over 32 years later, that focus hasn't changed.
What started as a one-person operation has grown into a trusted lending brokerage that has helped lenders fund over $2 billion in manufactured home loans. More than 25,000 families across Arizona, California, and Texas have worked with us to purchase or refinance their homes.
We've always been specialists. While big banks treat manufactured homes as an afterthought, we built our entire business around chattel lending — personal property loans for manufactured homes on leased land. Every process, every system, and every team member is focused on this one thing.
