Documents We Typically Need
Your loan officer will tell you exactly what's required for your specific loan. Here are the most commonly requested items.
Proof of Income
Recent pay stubs (last 30 days), W-2s, or tax returns. Social Security or pension award letters if applicable.
Bank Statements
Last 2 months of bank statements showing your down payment funds and reserves.
Photo ID
Valid driver's license, state ID, or passport for all borrowers on the loan.
Insurance
Homeowner's insurance policy or declaration page for the manufactured home.
Purchase Agreement
For purchase loans: the signed purchase agreement or bill of sale for the home.
Home Information
HUD data plate info, serial number, year, make, model, and dimensions of the manufactured home.
